For this long distance crystal healing, I commune with the stones and crystals and intuitively choose the best crystals and stones to fit your energetic needs and/or intention and create a custom crystal grid for you. Then, I spend time going over each one to better understand why that particular crystal or stone chose to work with you, what information they would like for you to know, what positive affirmations do they have for you. Lastly, I send their healing energy to you along with reiki and/or Primus Healing energy to you if needed.
All long distance crystal healings come with:
1. A picture of the layout made intuitively for you.
2. A list of suggested crystals for you to work with to integrate your healing even further.
3. A list of suggested affirmations for you to work with
4. What the healing consisted of (e.g. which chakras that was focused on the most)
5. Other Feedback and/or suggestions as appropriate for your healing (e.g. suggested meditations, a personalized channeled message from the crystals & stones to you, etc.)

U.S. News & World Report Explains the Empirical Studies behind Reiki
Reiki is a hands on healing technique in which the practitioner sends energy or chi to the client. Reiki is known to reduce stress and provide relaxation which promotes the body to heal itself naturally.
In a recent article of U.S. News & World Report, Anna Midaris Miller explains the empirical studies behind reiki:
"In a 2010 study in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, for example, Yale University researchers including Miles found that patients who received a 20-minute reiki treatment within three days after a heart attack had better moods and heart rate variability – a measure linked to post-heart attack outcome.
Another 2012 study in the journal Cancer found that fatigued breast cancer survivors who received four weeks of biofield healing therapies showed “highly clinically significant” reductions in fatigue, says Jain, who led the study. Survivors who received a fake therapy improved too, but not as much; both groups were less exhausted than participants who received no treatment. Notably, Jain says, the study showed that biofield healing improved cortisol variability – important for regulating immune function – while fake and no treatments did not."
